- Let’s bring attention to our PRofessional experiences through shared stories across socials using the #BlackAgencyStories hashtag, highlighting some important topics to us and our community of practitioners. From access + resources to “diversity and inclusion” to code-switching + work culture to professional development to salary + negotiations. There’s so much we could and should be bringing to the forefront. Right now. In this moment.
- There’s two ways you can Share Your #BlackAgencyStories:
- (1) via an in-feed Instagram post(s) or a series of IG Stories, a series of tweets, etc. using the dedicated hashtag and encouraging fellow publicists to do the same.
- (2) anonymously via our #BlackAgencyStories Google form.
In what may be some shared experiences from many of us, we hope to add to the dynamic voices of Black people reclaiming their time in this current climate. So, listen up PR & Comms world. We’re next.
Ultimately, the end goal is to assist with bringing about the changes we seek within our respective communities, industries and more. And specifically, to better assist with grooming the next generation of PR + Comms professionals.
